I am not sure if I can get some support here. I have a Joomla website - I can´t upload large files or large video files higher than 600MB. I have changed the Joomla media upload to 3000MB but still no luck. My server admin said php settings is set to the highest value. Sometimes I can upload 15mins video files of 700MB and it goes through but if the video length is 1hr long and 700MB, it will not upload and keeps uploading in loops: it will get to 100% and then starts again. I also noticed that sometimes 30mins video of 700MB may upload using Microsoft Edge - the whole situation is quite inconsistent to explain. Please any suggest on how I can resolve this issue?

Hi guys, I just bought HP DL580 G7 8SFF 4x E7-4870 40 Cores @ 2.4G 128GB RAM 4x PSU, Raid, Rails - I installed ubuntu server and mounted ubuntu desktop to give me user-interface visibilty but it is very slow to open the desktop and when it eventually loads, it takes forever for browser to load or run any process.
I have upgraded the firmware, changed some bios settings to use OS control and other tweaks tested to see if it will improve but all to no avail.
I have also install Centos, Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and 18.04 LTS all behaving alike.

Please what can I do to get it working fine for ubuntu?

clearly, the spec I mentioned above should be able to get things going for me....moreso, it is still in almost mint condition

How many emails I can send with my server?

Hello

I have a dedicated server with single IP. How many emails I can send (in minute or in second or per hour) without becoming SPAM? I mean the RATE.

I can use best Email marketing scripts.
